copywriters interested in seeing their work on T-shirts and other garments.
What you get from CoZmiK shirts Ltd
You will earn a royalty fee on each of the designs we sell. This fee will
be a percentage of the net sales revenue.
The percentage you earn depends upon how much image processing we have to
do. The levels are consistent with generally accepted practice.
We pay royalties quarterly provided the amount exceeds our threshold for
payments, otherwise the accumulated royalties will be rolled forward to the
following quarter. Our quarters end in March, June, September and December.
We give you access to your own web page where you can see what royalties
you've earned.
We will credit your contributions on our Web site.
If you provide four or more designs we will usually open a Fitting Room for
your work.
At our ultimate discretion, we will provide a link to your Web site from
your Fitting Room.
What we will need from you
We prefer to receive designs electronically, via
e-mail or on CD-ROM by mail.
We will agree with you how we send you quarterly payments.
You need to confirm that you own the copyright to your designs and that you
are free to give us a non-exclusive world-wide licence to reproduce and sell
your designs.
