Do you have a catalogue?
No, we are a dedicated on-line retailer of printed and unprinted T-shirts and
other garments etc. Our Web site is our only catalogue and it changes
frequently so it's worth bookmarking and visiting us regularly.
Do you have a shop?
No, we are a dedicated on-line retailer; your screen is our shop front and our
door is always open.
Can I get discounts for bulk
purchases?
Yes! Our website automatically provides discounts when available. If you want
to order 24 items or more, then please e-mail us with details of the number
of items you would like and we will let you know what discount we can offer.
Bulk orders, for the designs we feature, do not need to be all of the same
design. This means that you can pool together orders from friends and family,
providing you use only one delivery address.
Do you sell to trade buyers?/What are your wholesale
prices?
We are always interested to hear from UK trade buyers, particularly small
enterprises that don't want to carry a lot of stock or that want to carry only
a few designs. e-mail us with
information on what you would like. Please note, we do not trade on a
"sale or return" basis. Please note that we DO NOT mass produce our
T-shirts and consequently our discounts will tend to be modest in comparison
with wholesalers. If you are looking for very cheap, low quality items, you
will not find them at CoZmiK shirts Ltd. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply
trade buyers outside Europe at present.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes! If we haven't already asked you whether you need a VAT invoice, just ask
us for one.
Can I have my own designs
printed?
If you have your own design which you would like us to print for you, please
use our Custom
Printed Shirts service to obtain an estimated price and to submit your
enquiry.
How are the designs printed?
We use heat transfer methods, rather than screen printing, to allow us to
respond flexibly to your particular requirements. We use a high quality heat
transfer process to give you a long lasting printed garment. WE DO NOT use ink
jet printing and the materials we use are water resistant. For higher volume
orders we are able to provide screen printed or embroidered garments.
Do you do screen printing and/or
embroidery?
Yes, where identical designs are required on 24+ garments screen printing or
embroidery becomes economically feasible. Please use our Custom
Printed Shirts service to submit your enquiry. Please note the price
given by our on-line price calculator will not reflect the cost of
screen-printing or embroidery.
Will you feature my designs on your Web
site?
We are always interested to hear from talented artists, illustrators and
copywriters interested in seeing their work on garments. We pay a royalty fee
on each garment sold. For more information visit our FAQs for

What is the largest design you can
print?
The exact answer to this question depends on the size and style of garment.
However the largest we can print is 32.5cm by 45cm.
Can I have my favourite brand of
garment?
Please visit our Unprinted
Shirts pages for details of the brands we are currently supplying. if
you are looking for a specific brand not listed on our website, let us know by
e-mail what it is and we'll see if we can supply it.
What quality of garment do you
use?
We select high quality items for inclusion on our website. The weight
(gsm:gramme per square metre) of the garments we supply is shown when you
select a garment (where applicable) together with other relevant information.
Our aim is to provide good quality, durable garments at a reasonable price,
ordered from the comfort of your PC.
Can I have a different size
garment?
Yes, we supply garments in a wide range of sizes as shown on our web pages.
Unfortunately, not all brands, styles, and colours are available in all
sizes.
Can you print on children's
garments?
Yes, please use our Custom
Printed Shirts service and provide details of the children's garment
size you need. However, please note our prices will be very similar to those
for custom printing adult size garments as our raw material and labour costs
remain the same.

How do I make a complaint?
We try hard to ensure there is nothing for you to complain about. However, if
you have a complaint, please e-mail us with full details of the
background to your complaint and we will investigate it and respond to you as
quickly as possible. If you are returning a shirt please make use of our

I've tried to make an order on-line and it
seems to have gone wrong, what do I do?
Don't panic! With fast changing technologies and a wide range of different
browser versions strange things do sometimes happen even on the best Web sites.
What you should do is simply send us an
e-mail with full details of what
has happened and we will investigate.
Can I return a T-shirt if I don't like it and
get my money back?
Yes! Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are
unhappy with the garment you have purchased just return it to us in its
original condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund or credit for an
alternative item. Please fill out our Returns Form
for any items you intend to return.
Do you keep my personal details
private?
Yes, very much so! Please see our Security &

Will you sponsor my (charitable)
project?
We receive a lot of requests and therefore probably not and certainly not if
you want financial support from us. However, we do occasionally sponsor certain
organisations with subsidised garments. If you think this could apply to your
project, you will need to convince us that your initiative will lead to a large
number of new visitors to our web site looking to buy T-shirts etc. If your
project is not web-based you are unlikely to be able to satisfy this
requirement. However, if you have an opportunity that you think would be of

I'm doing a student project relating to
printed T-shirts etc, can you help me?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide financial information and performance
data as this is confidential. For general information about the garment

Why can't I seem to get through your on-line ordering
system?
The following questions should help you to diagnose why you're having
difficulties. If, after following these instructions, you still can't use our
web site correctly, please e-mail us with full details of what is happening at:

Can you view the fitting rooms? (i.e. Shop@ssistant loads ok. If not, check
your browser's security settings. You need to have javascript and cookies
enabled otherwise your shopping basket won't work. If you are using your
employer's computer or one in an Internet Cafe, you may not be able to adjust
these settings.
Are you able to select a shirt and review it in your shopping basket? If
not, check your browser settings to see if you have prevented pop-up windows
from being activated.
If you are using an AOL browser, we recommend that you use your IE or
Netscape browser for your online shopping to avoid incompatibilities with AOL
technology. Connect to the Internet in the normal way then start your IE or
Netscape browser.
Have you accepted our Terms & Conditions? If not, you will not be able
to select any form of payment and you will not be able to complete your online
order. You should return to the Terms & Conditions and agree to them or
contact us to let us know why you can't accept them.
Have you been able to access the WorldPay secure website to enter your
credit/debit card number? If not, the WorldPay server may be temporarily
unavailable (e.g. due to heavy demand or their maintenance schedule). We should
have received your order by e-mail (copied to you) and we will therefore
contact you by e-mail to confirm payment details.
Has your credit/debit card number been accepted at the WorldPay secure
website? If not, then you will need to find an alternative form of payment,
e.g. another credit/debit card or you can pay by UK cheque/UK postal order or
bank transfer or International Money Order in Sterling.
At the moment, our website is not 100% compatible with the Apple Mac
operating system and other non-Windows based operating systems. We will happily
take your order by telephone.
How do I pay on-line?
Work your way through the ordering process, selecting the items you would like
to buy and then enter your contact details etc when requested. Once you have
agreed to the terms and conditions, you will have an opportunity to choose your
method of payment. You can pay by cheque, bank transfer, international money
order, or by many forms of credit/debit card. (We do not accept AMEX and Diners
Card.) Once you have selected credit/debit card as your form of payment, you
will be transfered to the secure website of our payment processor, WorldPay Ltd
(part of the NatWest group).
What do I pay for postage and
packing?
Delivery to addresses in the UK, the USA and Canada are FREE. For other
countries, please see our
delivery
charges.
How long will it take to receive my
order?
We aim to ship items as quickly as we can, usually within a week. How long the
postal system takes, depends upon where in the world you are. Please allow up
to 28 days. If an item is not in stock we will contact you, usually by e-mail.
How are shirts shipped?
We usually dispatch our shirts by airmail internationally and by 1st class post
in the UK.
Will I have to pay import duties or
taxes?
Yes, you are responsible for paying any duties or taxes for which you are
liable, for example, import duties. Whether additional import duties or taxes
apply will depend upon your country's regulations.
Can my order be gift wrapped?
Yes, simply order your garments in the normal way, adding the delivery address
details and any message on our order form. Please let us know the latest date
you would like your gift delivered and we will do our utmost to ensure it is
sent on time. We recommend you order at least two weeks in advance of any
deadline.
Are the garments going to shrink?
Most clothes will shrink a little if you don't wash them carefully. Our shirts
should not shrink if you are careful. Please follow the washing instructions
sewn into the garment
How do I launder the garments? Always read the laundering instructions sewn into the garment. Turn
printed garments inside out and wash them at 40C. degrees. We do not
recommend ironing over the decoration on any printed garment. If you choose
to iron over the design, only use a cool iron and don't leave the iron there
too long! If in doubt, turn the shirt inside out before ironing.
